Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you received the product, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

We do not entertain changes or exchanges unless the received product is damaged or defective. Clients must provide a video of the unboxing process without any cuts or pauses to claim.

  • The customer is responsible for the shipping costs, customs, taxes and all the other fees of returning the product to us.
  • Please return the package with a valid tracking number for your personal insurance. We will not be responsible for any lost return packages.
